Managed IT for teams without a full ops desk

Managed IT from ShivNexus: deployments, cloud basics, backups and a named contact when production needs help. For teams in India and worldwide.

Managed IT here is a retainer for the systems we or your team already run: deploys, backups, certificate and dependency updates, and a person who answers when the site is down. We are not a body shop pretending to replace an entire enterprise IT department on day one.

ShivNexus is based in Mohali and delivers this remotely for companies in India, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Gulf, Europe and Australia. You get a written scope, one project lead, and work in English, with calls booked around your timezone.

Questions

Before you enquire

Do you provide 24/7 staffing?

Only if the agreement says so. Most retainers cover a defined window and a severity rule for after hours. We will not imply round-the-clock cover we have not staffed.

Can you move us to AWS or a simpler host?

Yes, as a scoped migration. It is planned, not done quietly inside the retainer hours.

Is this the same as website maintenance?

Maintenance is for a site or app we keep healthy. Managed IT is broader: servers, deploys and the accounts around them. Many clients need both.

Tell us about the project

We reply with questions first, then a written quote. No rank or revenue promise on the call.
