Launch is not the end. Maintenance is a monthly set of hours for updates, bug fixes, backups and small changes. You send requests, we log them, and you can see what shipped. Emergency work outside the hours is quoted, not assumed.

ShivNexus is based in Mohali and delivers this remotely for companies in India, the United Kingdom, the United States, the Gulf, Europe and Australia. You get a written scope, one project lead, and work in English, with calls booked around your timezone.

Questions

Before you enquire

What if something is a new feature, not a fix?

Small changes fit the hours. A new module is quoted as a project so the retainer is not consumed by surprise scope.

Do you support sites you did not build?

Often, after a paid look at the code. If the codebase is unsafe to touch, we will say so before taking the retainer.

How fast do you reply?

The response window is in the agreement. We do not advertise an instant fix for every stack.

Tell us about the project

We reply with questions first, then a written quote. No rank or revenue promise on the call.
