ShivNexus delivers digital services and software — not physical goods. “Delivery” means providing agreed digital deliverables such as websites, applications, source code, designs, documentation, hosting setup, or consulting outputs.
This Shipping / Delivery Policy is published to meet payment gateway and compliance requirements for digital merchants and forms part of our customer policies alongside Payments and Refunds.
Timelines are stated in your proposal or statement of work. Typical ranges (indicative only):
Exact dates depend on scope, third-party dependencies, and timely client feedback. Milestone dates in the signed agreement take precedence over website marketing copy.
Deliverables may be provided via:
Access credentials and handover notes are shared with the authorised client contact.
On-time delivery requires you to provide, when requested:
Delays in client inputs may shift the delivery schedule accordingly.
Each milestone or final delivery includes a review period as defined in your agreement (commonly 3–7 business days). Feedback outside the agreed revision rounds may be billed as change requests.
If no written objection is raised within the review window, the milestone may be treated as accepted for billing and timeline purposes.
We will notify you if delivery may slip due to scope change, third-party outages, app-store review, or force majeure. We work in good faith to propose a revised timeline. Refund eligibility for undelivered work is covered under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We do not ship physical products. There are no courier charges, tracking numbers, or warehouse fulfilment for standard ShivNexus services. Any hardware supply (if ever offered) would be under a separate written agreement.
